Making the Path to a Four-Year Degree Legible

We operate at the human navigation layer of higher education — helping underrepresented and under-resourced California students move through transfer pathways to a four-year university degree.

Why We Exist

California's public higher education system offers strong transfer pathways through the California Community Colleges, the University of California, and the California State University system.

But for many students, these pathways are not immediately visible or easy to navigate. Even when opportunity exists on paper, students often lack the inherited knowledge, advising access, or early guidance needed to move through the system confidently and efficiently.

Capable students can lose time, direction, or belief in what's possible — not because the pathway is closed, but because it's difficult to interpret alone.

We exist to close that gap.

What We Do

Structured Guidance Clear, step-by-step support through the transfer process — from major selection to application deadlines.

Mentorship Students are paired with mentors who've successfully navigated the transfer pathway themselves.

Community No one should figure this out alone. We build peer networks that last beyond the transfer process.

Our Pilot Program

We're currently running our first cohort — a small, intentional group of 5–15 California students going through an 8–10 week structured program.

Each student leaves with:

  • A clear transfer plan

  • A semester-by-semester roadmap

  • Financial aid understanding

  • A peer and mentor network

We're starting small because depth matters more than scale right now.
